Vocational training - intercultural exchange - sustainable success

For applicants internship

Internships in Germany

Internships provide insights into everyday professional life and are therefore a tried and tested means of supporting career choice or gaining practical experience. The foreign work culture, the self-image and the social position of the profession, different production conditions, new management tasks, all of this can only be experienced and understood through direct confrontation and perception. Intercultural competence can therefore best be acquired in the context of a job-related stay abroad. In addition to international qualifications, the development and consolidation of one's own personality is at least an equally important goal during an internship abroad. Those who have grown from their international experience can also use their professional knowledge more flexibly and successfully at home on their own company.
